Customer Account Representatives

Salary Range: TBD

Job Description: H&T Seafood Inc. is a leading food supplier in the grocery and food service industries. We are seeking forward-thinking, problem solvers to strengthen our customer support team. Please note, this will be a fast-paced environment, where speed and accuracy is important. Customer Account Representatives will provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Representatives must be strong communicators, confident in trouble shooting, and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints.

Responsibilities: – Enter data into databases and maintain accurate records – Verify data and correct any errors or discrepancies – Organize and file documents as needed – Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and other software – Assist with data collection and analysis – Perform clerical and administrative tasks as assigned

Experience: – Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role preferred – Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel – Familiarity with databases and data entry processes – Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry – Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently – Knowledge of pivot tables and other data analysis techniques is a plus

Entry Level Accounting Clerk

Salary Range: TBD

Job Description: We are seeking an Entry Level Accounting Clerk to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in accounting and gain valuable experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to learn. Successful candidate will be trained in basic accounting duties. Position will also be responsible for filing and other simple office tasks. Applicant must be responsible and will need to be willing to learn. As stated, training will be provided on all necessary software. We are flexible with hours for the right candidate but would prefer a full-time candidate.

Experience: – No prior experience required; this is an entry-level position – Basic understanding of accounting principles and procedures is preferred – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is a plus – Strong analytical skills and attention to detail – Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Ability to work independently and as part of a team
